For Easter I put out this wonderful dish called Pizza Rustica, from Italy.

 

 A delicate savory pie made with ricotta cheese, ham, eggs, mozzarella cheese, and parsley. Can also be made with asparagus or spinach instead of ham. Size: 8.5” diameter.

 

 

 

I also have this delicious apple Galettes made with puff pastry.

For the summer months there is nothing better than a freshly made Ceviche, with shrimp, calamari, fish, onions, parsley,

And fresh squeezed lemon juice. Minimum order for six people.

 

 

And for Thanksgiving I have these Turnovers, from Spain called Empanada Gallega.

 

 Made with chicken or salmon,  red peppers, tomatoes, olives, onions, garlic, and eggs. An excellent appetizer before the turkey.
