For Easter I put out this wonderful dish called Pizza Rustica, from Italy. A delicate savory pie made with ricotta cheese, ham, eggs, mozzarella cheese, and parsley. Can also be made with asparagus or spinach instead of ham. Size: 8.5” diameter.

For the summer months there is nothing better than a freshly made Ceviche, with shrimp, calamari, fish, onions, parsley, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Minimum order for six people.
Thanksgiving I have these Turnovers, from Spain called Empanada Gallega. Made with chicken or salmon, red peppers, tomatoes, olives, onions, garlic, and eggs. An excellent appetizer before the turkey.
In the month of December I put out this exquisite bread called HAM BREAD. In Spanish it’s called Pan de Jamón. Originally from Venezuela.
