The baked chicken is my favorite.   Juan’s take on it is very simple; he puts some herbs and seasoning and lets it cook in the oven.  The dish comes out soft and full of flavor. “When we decided to celebrate our son’s High School graduation we had two options, burn ourselves cooking burgers at the backyard and not have the time to talk to our guests, or hire a Catering company. We went with the second option. We decided to contract Juan Adrianza and his team to make the food for our party liberating us from work and concentrated more on the celebration. It was the most fantastic party we ever had in our home. We had the opportunity to talk to everybody, enjoy the conversation, and had a few drinks without worrying about anything else. Juan and his team were excellent. They prepare the table for the appetizers, beautiful table adorned with flowers and great food. Everybody at our party praised the quality of the food and the presentation. We had the “Empanada Gallega” which was very tasty and had a perfect consistency. We had the “Tortilla Espanola” which I said to Juan is better than my mother’s in law, who is from Spain and a great cook. We had the ceviche. It was presented in small beautiful and charming containers where you can have the perfect serving. We had the “empanadas” they were so popular that I only had one. In the early evening, Juan started to prepare the Paella in front of our guests. We witness the fresh ingredients and the patience and dedication he had cooking it. The process of making the paella last one hour while our guests were enjoying the appetizers and the Sangria, then they served the guests who were amazed by the Paella. My husband and I enjoyed our party and had delicious food. The guests were extremely surprised by the idea of cooking Paella on our deck in front of them, and our son had all his friends super happy eating the paella.. Juan and his team are creators of happy moments. Interact with them was super easy, they adapt to our space, and to our kitchen. They served our guests, and cook and laughing with us. It is an experience that I will recommend to anybody who wants to enjoy their parties. The price is just right and translates into enjoyment, which has no cost”.
